Zaha Hadid’s First Skyscraper In The Western Hemisphere Will Be Located In Downtown Miami

Zaha Hadid is known around the world for her architectural brilliance was has earned
her the internationally acclaimed Pritzker Prize. Hadid is now making waves as far as
the world of Miami real estate is concerned after having hit the news about designing
a condominium tower which will be located at 1000 Biscayne Boulevard.

The project will be her first skyscraper in the Western Hemisphere. It will be filling in
a gap along the Biscayne Wall of condominium towers which are situated right across
the Museum Park.

As of now, the site for the condominium tower is occupied by a BP gas station which
has been considered by many to be one of the most probable sites that real estate
developers will find an eager interest to build upon. Lo and behold, the assumptions
have proven to be true with other developers such as Gregg Covin and Louis Birdman
being involved in the project.

So far, very little has been said about the project except for the fact that the skyscraper
is going to provide residential properties that offer astounding views of Biscayne Bay.
