Indian Creek Mansion Sold For $47M: The Highest Price Paid For A Home in Miami-Dade County

One fabulous bayfront mansion located in the Indian Creek community was sold for
$47 million. It is now considered to be the highest price ever paid for a private home
residence within the Miami-Dade County area.

The mansion as 10 bedrooms, 14-bathrooms, and is located at 3 Indian Creek where it
sits upon a lot that is a little less than two acres in size with western views that include
the blue waters of Biscayne Bay.

Originally, the asking price for the mansion was $60 million but it was later marked
down to $52 million.

The fact that a large percentage of the home is made of glass, it provides excellent
entry of natural light and easily brings in the beauty of the outdoor surroundings. It
features a 100-foot swimming pool, cabana, six wet bars, a rooftop bar with Jacuzzi, a
waterfront gym enclosed by glass, and its very own spa.

The resort-style of the mansion is truly amazing, especially with its own private beach
which has pink sand that was imported straight from the Bahamas.

Indoor features include a 3D home theater, a recording studio, indoor reflecting pools,
and a vertical garden.

Indian Creek is one of the region’s most exclusive communities. The 300-acre island
has a total of only 32 homes and its very own 18-hole golf course and country club.

The buyer of the fabulous mansion is a Russian who paid for the purchase in cash.
