St Regis Bal Harbour luxury residences reaches $632 Million In Sales In Seven Months

It has only been seven months since the St Regis Bal Harbour Luxury Residences
have been on the market but it has already reached $623 million worth in sales. The
three-tower Starwood property sold at least 170 residences for an average sales price of
over $1,435 per square foot since Nov 2011. Its official launch took place in
Jan 2012.

Unit sales prices have been found within the $1.35 million to $13.5 million price
range. There are a total of 500 units at the St Regis Bal Harbour Resort and
Residences which include a fabulous selection of luxury condos, hotel rooms, as well
as fractional condos.
