Silverspot Cinema Sets Deal To Lease At Promenade In Coconut Creek

Silverspot Cinema has recently penned a deal to lease at the 23-acre, 277,000-square
foot mixed-use retail and office development called Promenade in Coconut Creek.
While there are no details on the financial aspect of the deal, resources claim that the
deal is estimated to be worth around $10 million.

Silversport Cinema intends to run a 12-screen theater within the mixed-use complex
which will include first-run blockbusters, 3D technology, and concert features which
will be using modern projection and sound systems.

According to locals, the nearest high-class theater within the Coconut Creek area is in
Boca-Muvico 20 along Airport Road which is 10 and a half miles away. Being able to
have their own theater options will definitely be a positive addition to the community.

Each of the upscale theaters that can be expected within Promenade take movie-goers
into consideration as each one has hand-stitched leather stadium seats. The 47,000-
square foot project is set to be open to the public by 2012. It will also feature its very
own upscale restaurant, bar, and lounge.

Promenade is located in Coconut Creek at the intersection of Lyons and Wiles Road,
close to the Florida Turnpike and Sawgrass Interchange. It was built in 2008. Areas
such as West Boca Raton, Coral Springs, Parkland, and Pompano Beach are found
within close proximity.

The retail center features as assortment of fashion and dining establishments which
include Banana Republic, Starbucks, DSW Shoes, Sur La Table, and the World of
Beer. Promenade is among the first major retail development projects located within
the Southeast that has managed to earn an LEED certification.

As of today, Promenade is 86 percent occupied.
